Office Administrator
We are searching for a detail-orientated, energetic, responsible person to join our company. This position requires superior customer service skills, organization, and the ability to be self-sufficient. This position is full time with an immediate opening for the right candidate.
Job Description:The office administrator will be responsible for but not limited to: reception, clerical, general office organization, filing, data entry, inbound customer service including order status, inbound order taking, maintaining client accounts both receivable and collections to ensure they are up to date, communicating with existing customers in a professional manner and cooperation with team members of all departments.
Primary responsibility is the management of accounts receivable (including the billing of products and services for staff) and compliance management of some of our retail products.
The secondary responsibility of this position includes customer service and sales, maintaining of company literature, company reports, and the pick up/delivery schedule.
Skills/Requirements:To be considered for an interview qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in administrative support. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of current word processing, spreadsheet, and accounting software (Peach Tree). Excellent organizational skill as well as attention to detail are essential for this position.
The office administrator will also act as the company operator, receiving incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate department and handling client relations.
