Job Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts Degree Desired
1 or more years graphic design and confirmable web design work.
A current portfolio of web design and printed work is required.
Must have HTML and Photoshop experience, knowledge of Coldfusion programming and data maintenance a plus.

Job Qualifications: Must have at least 6 months – 1 year of retail sales, customer service or telecommunications experience. The person who will fill this position must have superior customer service skills and effective
decision-making skills. Excellent organizational skills are a must. Strong communication skills, aptitude to learn communication products and services, ability to work independently without close supervision, self-motivation to achieve targets needed to attain monthly goals, flexibility with work hours, ability to interact positively with customers to offer Sales solutions for communication needs and ability to reconcile/balance cash registers. Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work weekends as required

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include assisting new and existing customers in the selection and purchase of products and services; performance duties include, effectively communicate product and service information, feature functionality, billing procedures and equipment usage to each customer, proactively follow-up with customer after the sale to guarantee product and customer satisfaction, effectively process customer bill payments, effectively answer basic customer service questions and make outbound calls for customer follow-up and prospecting opportunities, maintain clean retail work area, effectively perform back office duties, accessory stock and system upgrades.

Consumer Electronics Service Technician

We are searching for customer-oriented Consumer Electronics Technician to staff our expanding service department. This position is full-time for the right detail-oriented individual and this individual will be preforming services on all types of home electronics. Requirements include:
